Prayer for Unity
Dear Lord, you have created all mankind equal. We are alive on this Earth because of your love and the mercy you show us. In a world where there is so much temptation, it’s becoming more and more difficult to be a good person. Today, I come to you asking for your assistance. Amidst all the challenges and problems we may face in our lives, let your people remain strong. I hope that one day we can live peacefully with one another. Lord, unite us all so that we can worship you as a stronger Christian nation. We are all brothers and sisters in Christ, and we have to help everyone. I believe that by having an open mind and a tender heart people will come to realize that we are all the same. No one is greater than the other. I hope that one day we can remove the habit of comparing ourselves to other people. Each person in the world has their own unique strengths, talents, and capabilities. We often overlook how amazing life is, because we keep on arguing with one another. We need to be committed to act as your disciples and spread the Good News of salvation. There is still hope left for the world as long as we become united as a people. I pray that you will keep us safe from all harm. Let the Holy Spirit be our guide to peace and harmony. I know that it has to be possible for us to work together to create a better world.
