Almighty father, I thank you for giving us individuals who are interested in protecting us at home. I know it is not an easy job for them especially because of recent events. I ask you almighty father that you give their families all the patience they need to stay calm when they are out on duty. Keep their minds clear so they can handle all cases with uttermost honesty and impartiality. Please give police officers courage to overcome fear, and keep them safe both day and night from the criminals who wish to do them harm. That job involves risk, and we thank you for assuring their protection while they are performing their job. Give them both patience and knowledge so they face every challenging situation with the utmost care. God, let them know what is best for our community. Give us the grace to find peaceful ways to deal with those that commit crimes in our society. Defend those offices against all evil. This I pray in Jesus’s name.

God, I praise you for giving us brave individuals who are able to go up against such a terrifying force. The nature of this job requires nothing but the protection that comes from you. Being a firefighter takes bravery, and I hope that you will grant them the courage to overcome even the most fierce infernos. Give them an upright spirit to save lives with unaltered determination. Heavenly Father, it is my hope today that you shall give them knowledge and guidance in situations that seem difficult to handle. They are faced with incredibly dangerous situations that may cause injuries, and thus I ask of you to keep them free from danger. I ask that you grant their families peace of mind, and give them the assurance that their loved ones are well protected by you. Almighty God, I stand before you in supplication. I ask for your covering, your protection, upon the military. Crown them with victory whenever they go out for war. Surround them with your power, and protect them from our enemies. We call out to you so that you may preserve us from terrors ahead. Save them from death, and help them get back home safely every time they are sent away. Remove fear and uncertainty from them. Allow them to overcome every trap set by our enemies. Lord, you are the light of the world, and you stand strong with us to overcome darkness. You have chosen these people to defend their fellow citizens abroad. You will be their strength. I would prefer if it was times of peace where no man or woman would be put in harm’s way. This is what I truly hope for.

Lord God, paramedics choose this path to save lives and attempt to diminish the pain of those they assist. You give support to those individuals. Thank you for this. Please continue to work through the paramedics to help heal those in need. They need determination for the amount of accidents and illnesses that occur daily. Stand strong with them while they do these good deeds. They have gained the knowledge and wisdom to help those injured through perseverance and hard work. Their assistance in the community helps us all become stronger. Help safeguard them if they are ever in danger. Whether it is a natural occurrence or humanity’s recklessness or violence, protect them from harm. Thank you for hearing my prayer.
